Our Ready to Run program is perfect for kids' who love to run, want to improve their speed and agility, or simply want to stay active and healthy. Our program features fun and engaging drills that are specifically designed to help kids build endurance, increase speed and develop better running form. Our experienced coaches and volunteers work closely with young athletes to ensure they are getting the most out of each session, while keeping things fun and exciting. Our program is suitable for kids from 5-14 and all fitness levels. We believe every child has the potential to become a great runner and we are dedicated to help them achieve their goals.
