Community Walk and Jog

Community Walk & Jog is a free, family-friendly movement meet-up where walkers and joggers of all ages come together to move at their own pace.

There’s no race, no timing, and no pressure. Families are welcome to walk, jog, run loops, or mix it up — whatever feels right that day.

This event is part of The Long Run, our commitment to building healthy movement habits and strong community over time.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• A brief welcome and light warm-up

• 30–45 minutes of walking and/or jogging
