Throughout the week, families are invited to walk, jog, or move together in simple ways that fit busy schedules. The week includes a featured Community Walk & Jog, along with light movement prompts families can use on their own.

There’s no tracking, no competition, and no pressure to do it all. This week is about resetting routines, moving together, and finding a steady rhythm heading into fall.
