WHAT THIS IS (AND ISN’T)

What it is: A short, joyful, guided movement session designed for kids and the grownups who love them. We’ll move, stretch, laugh a little, and end with a calm moment of reflection.

What it isn’t: No race. No scores. No fitness levels. No pressure to perform.

This is about connection, not competition.
