Junior Coach Program

Teens learn how to support younger athletes, lead warm‑ups, demonstrate skills, and create a positive, encouraging environment. This is the first step in our leadership pathway.

Levels:

• Foundations: Helper role, basic leadership, communication

• Skill‑Building: Leading small groups, modeling skills, problem‑solving

• Performance & Leadership: Running warm‑ups, mentoring younger athletes, assisting coaches

Youth Leadership Academy

A deeper dive into leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and community impact. Participants take on meaningful roles within programs and events.

Levels:

• Foundations: Self‑awareness, teamwork, confidence

• Skill‑Building: Communication, planning, responsibility

• Performance & Leadership: Leading activities, supporting events, mentoring peers

Youth Entrepreneurship

Young innovators explore creativity, problem‑solving, and business thinking through hands‑on projects. They learn how to identify community needs, design solutions, and bring ideas to life.

• Foundations: Creativity, brainstorming, basic project planning

• Skill‑Building: Prototyping, teamwork, presenting ideas

• Performance & Leadership: Launching projects, leading teams, community impact
