This isn’t a tryout. It’s not a race team. It’s a joyful, confidence-building introduction to track & field that helps kids move better, feel stronger, and fall in love with what their bodies can do. Run • Jump • Throw is a 6-week, 60-minute-per-session program designed for kids who want to move, explore, and grow—whether this is their first sports experience or their tenth. What Makes This Program Different Most youth programs train for outcomes. This one trains for movement. Each session follows a proven rhythm that kids quickly recognize and love—while the activities rotate so no two seasons feel the same. Familiar structure. Fresh experiences. Zero boredom. We use our Move Method to guide every class: *Mobilize – wake up the body and joints *Organize – learn how to run, jump, and throw safely and effectively *Vary – play, challenge, and explore movement in new ways *Engage – reflect, connect, and build confidence Translation: kids move a lot, laugh a lot, and quietly get better every week. Cancellation Policy
Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in Kids Run This Town programs involves physical activity, including running, walking, jogging, games, and related movement activities. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and other risks associated with physical activity. I voluntarily allow my child to participate and assume all ordinary risks associated with participation. Release of Liability In consideration of my child’s participation, I release and hold harmless Kids Run This Town, its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, event partners, and sponsors from any and all claims of injury, illness, or loss that may occur as a result of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participation Expectations I understand that Kids Run This Town programs are built on respect, safety, and inclusion. I agree to support program guidelines, safety rules, and positive behavior expectations for my child.
