Service Description

Serving is one of the most important skills in volleyball, and one of the toughest for young athletes to master. This 90‑minute specialty clinic is designed to help players unlock their inner superhero by learning the mechanics, mindset, and muscle memory needed to serve with confidence. Whether your athlete is brand new to serving or ready to level up their consistency and power, this clinic meets them right where they are. What Your Athlete Will Learn *Stance & Balance *How to set up with stability, strength, and confidence. *Toss Like a Pro: The #1 serving skill most athletes struggle with, broken down into simple, repeatable steps. *Contact & Power Mechanics *How to strike the ball cleanly, safely, and with increasing force. *Overhand Serving Foundations *Mindset Training Serving is 50% skill, 50% confidence. We teach athletes how to breathe, reset, and believe in their abilities. Cancellation Policy

Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in Kids Run This Town programs involves physical activity, including running, walking, jogging, games, and related movement activities. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and other risks associated with physical activity. I voluntarily allow my child to participate and assume all ordinary risks associated with participation. Release of Liability In consideration of my child’s participation, I release and hold harmless Kids Run This Town, its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, event partners, and sponsors from any and all claims of injury, illness, or loss that may occur as a result of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participation Expectations I understand that Kids Run This Town programs are built on respect, safety, and inclusion. I agree to support program guidelines, safety rules, and positive behavior expectations for my child.
