Service Description

Welcome to The Movement Lab, a playful, science-inspired camp where kids experiment with speed, balance, power, agility, and endurance through games, challenges, and joyful movement. No pressure. No laps for the sake of laps. Just curious kids learning how their bodies work. 🧪 How The Movement Lab Works Each day is a different Lab, with one clear focus and a whole lot of fun built around it. Kids don’t rotate endlessly or rush through stations. They settle into the theme, try things, adapt, and grow. Each session is 90 minutes—long enough to go deep, short enough to leave them energized and proud. 🔬 The Labs (One Per Day) Speed Lab Reaction games, short sprints, start-and-stop challenges What happens when your brain and body decide together? Agility Lab Change-of-direction games, cone patterns, mirror drills How fast can you move—and still stay in control? Balance & Control Lab Single-leg challenges, freeze games, slow-motion movement Can you stay strong when things wobble? Power Lab Jumps, hops, throws, and superhero landings How do you create force—and land it safely? Endurance Lab Relays, looping games, and team challenges How do you keep going without quitting—or zoning out? Every Lab ends with a short reflection so kids notice what they figured out—without it feeling like school. ⏱ What a 90-Minute Session Looks Like *Arrival + playful warm-up *Lab introduction and demos *Main Lab experiments and challenges *A game that brings the Lab skill to life *Cool-down + quick group reflection The structure stays the same. The movement changes every day. Consistency builds confidence. Variety keeps it fun. 👟 Who This Camp Is For *Kids who love to move *Kids who think they don’t *Athletes who want better fundamentals *Non-athletes who just want to play *Kids who’ve taken camps before and want something new All activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and scalable, so every child feels successful. ❤️ Why Parents Love The Movement Lab *Builds real athletic foundations (without drills that feel like drills) *Encourages confidence, body awareness, and resilience *No elimination games, no pressure, no comparisons *Kids come home tired, happy, and proud of themselves This is the kind of camp where kids say, “Can we do that again tomorrow?” 📍 Camp Details Length: 90 minutes per session Format: One Lab focus per day 🚀 Ready to Join the Lab? Because summer should feel like discovery—not another checklist.
